Our Magnesium
Oil, and Bath Flakes are derived from the ocean. In essence, you
are getting natural ocean water in its most condensed form. In
fact, the Magnesium Oil has absolutely no oil in it at all. The
water has been so condensed that an oil-like viscosity is the
result.
Within our magnesium for topical use or soaking in a bath. We
recommend you pour 1 ounce or more in a tub or foot bath and soak
for 20 minutes to relieve aches, pains and stress. You can also
rub into sore muscles and apply moist heat. If you experience
burning in sensitive areas, dilute with pure water.
Baths
"Soak
the whole body or just the feet in bath water for 20-30 minutes,
at a temperature of about 108 degrees The most effective protocol
for this therapy is to begin with a daily body or foot bath every
day for the first 7 days, (starting at lighter concentrations
and building up) then continue with a maintenance program of 2-3
times a week for 6-8 weeks or longer. Sensitive care must be taken
especially with children as to dose levels, water temperature
and magnesium concentrations. Muscle spasms might occur on rare
occasions if one forgets to get out of the tub so it is necessary
to supervise children and the length of time they remain soaking
in magnesium chloride. All strong reactions like redness in local
areas to diarrhea or even muscle spasms are indications to reduce
concentration."

Foot Baths
"Foot
baths are a convenient substitute for full body baths. Use the
same directions you would use for a whole body soak...put 1 to
2 ounces of Magnesium Oil, in a foot bath. For accelerated results,
you might want to add 1/8 to 1/4 cup of Magnesium Bath Flakes.
The water temperature should be at about 108 degrees Fahrenheit
and deep enough to submerge the feet to the bottom of the ankle
bone. Because the skin on our feet is a little thicker, it is
suggested that you soak for at least 30 minutes and a little longer
if possible. This is an excellent and convenient way to increase
your magnesium levels and you can do it while you watch TV or
read. It is known that our feet have many reflexology points and
meridian points that impact the whole body and we can very easily
take in magnesium transdermally this way...."

"...Massage therapists should be using the Magnesium Oil
or Magnesium Gel, for it is fantastic to combine a massage with
a magnesium treatment. The oil, which is not an oil actually,
has an oily consistency, is also usable in massage applications.
If we really appreciated how important it is to make sure our
magnesium levels are satisfactory we would be spraying our underarms
with it everyday, spraying it on to different parts of our body
and would never leave it out of our baths."
